Bamboozle Web Services was incorporated in 2015, initially focusing on managed hosting and web services for small and medium-sized businesses across the UAE. From day one the focus was on doing the basics exceptionally well: fast infrastructure, honest pricing, and support that actually picks up the phone.
As customer needs grew, so did we. By 2018 we had expanded into private cloud and bare metal, partnering to establish our flagship DX1 facility in Dubai. The Fujairah FJ1 location followed shortly after, giving us a second UAE presence with direct access to the submarine cable landing systems that make Fujairah a critical internet hub for east-west traffic.
Our Vienna VIE2 facility opened the door to European customers and gave our UAE clients a GDPR-compliant EU node for data residency requirements. Today Bamboozle operates across all three sites, offering a unified platform that spans compute, storage, networking, security, and connectivity.
We are an Acronis partner for cyber protection and work with Cisco for identity security — bringing enterprise-grade tooling to businesses of every size, without the enterprise-grade overhead.
We started Bamboozle because we kept seeing the same problem — businesses paying enterprise prices for infrastructure that wasn't actually enterprise-grade, or cutting corners on a budget that left them exposed when it mattered. We set out to fix that. Ten years on, the mission is the same: give every customer the infrastructure we'd want running our own business on.
